Executive sponsor for key accounts, representing Aasonn’s implementation leadership in this strategic client management role.  Interface with all functional groups within Aasonn including sales, sales ops, HRO, Legal, strategy and practice management, project management and implementation consulting.

Automatic Data Processing, LLC, Roseland, NJ

A comprehensive global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration. ADP is a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics and compliance expertise. In October 2014 ADP divested their Dealer Services division (now CDK Global) leaving HCM solutions as the company’s sole focus.

Led team of 26 direct and indirect employees in the delivery of HCM business process outsourcing solutions. Provided executive oversight to the development, implementation, and delivery of very large (4000+ employee) and complex HCM systems generating $400k – $1.5M in implementation revenue. Provided implementation consulting and executive leadership to National Account sales team in pursuit of new and incremental business. Led Project Management Office (PMO) and executive steering committee activities on project management processes, methodologies, and tools to ADP (COS) engagements.

  • Cultivated, developed and supported team of 26 BPO implementation associates as an intact team. Was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing associates.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships between multiple business units and their constituencies, including ADP and client senior management.
  • Supported General Sales Manager tasked with selling COS managed services; managed sales lead funnel as well as implementation resource capacity planning.
  • Acted as an executive escalation point for both the client and ADP Engagement Leaders.
  • Held overall responsibility for the client engagement including revenue forecasts, project schedules and project quality. Held responsibility for all project change controls including scope, resource and revenue impacts. Responsible for implementation start revenue and project budget.
  • Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and reporting progress to senior management on a weekly basis.
Responsible for the definition, management, and delivery of automobile manufacturer interface software portfolio of projects. Accountable for executing program initiatives on time and within approved budgets. Worked in cooperation with executive leadership and distributed project team members throughout ADP. Wrote and negotiated RFP responses, SOW documents; monitored program efforts for compliance with signed agreements. Responsible for identifying and acquiring project resources; monitored project team efforts and maintained alignment with business case objectives. Responsible for all project results from project inception of through general release of product.

Providing process re-engineering and implementation support to commercial real estate finance company servicing a $35M open loan portfolio.
Planned and deployed a new business venture as an authorized distributor for SBC Communications, Inc. Directed the creation and management of the business processes needed to implement, track and compensate for the sale of SBC voice, data and Internet products.

  • Built sales and support teams. Created a human resources infrastructure, standardizing a process to efficiently target and hire sales and staff employees – and control employee costs
  • Achieved 5-Star distributor status in first year of business – added significant brand equity to the company name and gained full access to SBC’s distributor co-op assets

AT&T Inc. (Formerly SBC Communications; Ameritech Corp., Illinois Bell), Hoffman Estates, IL

Telecommunications services provider of advanced mobile services, next-generation TV, and high-speed Inter-net solutions for both business and consumer clients. Created thru the acquisitions of Ameritech Corp. and SBC Communications’ acquisition of AT&T.

Standardized business systems across SBC’s 13 state enterprise. Assigned to the corporate team managing the deployment of SFA roll-out (Siebel Systems) across SBC’s national footprint.

  • Led the sales lead component of the rollout including: business plan justification, legacy system assessment, collection and documentation of user requirements, and client sign-off
  • Managed the $44M business plan and project budget for the Executive Director
Recruited, trained and managed regional team of two direct and 12 indirect employees across four states. Generated, processed, and reported sales lead activity from within Ameritech call centers.

  • Developed brand and identity programs to communicate lead generation initiatives. Developed and led program training. Drove awareness and retention to consistently achieve targets.
  • Led program activities to generate 2,000+ qualified, hot sales leads per month from inbound call center activity, equaling $250K monthly forecast sales revenues.
Sold telephone system hardware and network services directly to the small business marketplace – both B to C and B to B.

  • Consistently sold above objective, sustaining sales rank among the top three regional Account Executives; represented the Illinois sales branch on the premises sales leadership team.
Created and delivered customized sales presentations of Bell Company products to key customers in support of direct and indirect sales.

I’ve always been a fan of the NHL and love the Blackhawks. My interest in playing grew from supporting my son’s youth hockey effort. The hockey bug bit me and I’ve been playing for years. This shot is from a recent Men’s League Championship.


Music has always been a passion of mine. I especially love live music and see as many shows as I can. I play guitar and have a lot of fun jamming to old favorites as well as learning something new. I enjoy the freedom of expression playing provides.


Photography is a newer hobby that requires me to combine both the technical as well as artistic aspects of taking pictures.  Capturing the image I’m looking for is always a challenge. Whether it’s local culture while on vacation, the magic of a special moment at a wine estate, or the natural beauty of a walk in the woods, I enjoy testing my skills and trying my luck.
